Wands, Vogels, and Pyramids Class Notes
Why Crystals?
● Every crystal you have in your collection has a structure
○ Every structure has a different vibration and frequency
○ Crystal structures are stable, they do NOT change over time (they are consistent, unlike the human body)
■ This is referred to as Dominant Oscillatory Rate or DOR
● Crystals all have different colors ○ Different colors activate different chakras
● Crystals emit an electric charge and we are electric beings
○ Any crystal that is between 2-4 feet from you is affecting your energetic field Wands
● Wands are the most basic tool to have in your collection
● Single Terminated - Gather and send energy
○ One termination
■ Energy is directed through the termination
○ One rounded or flat end
■ Rounded ends are great because they do a better job of gathering energy
○ Can be used to activate crystal grids
■ Call in the energy of source and direct it into the grid
○ Moves energy
● Double Terminated - Transmit energy
○ Two terminations, one on each end
■ The terminations should be equally sized
● If one end is larger than the other it’s a vogel (see below)
○ Act as a freeway or transmitter
■ Energy is always running between the two terminations
○ Can be used for opening and closing circles
■ Opening a circle creates a boundary or container
● This is super important when doing magical or clearing work
○ Can also be useful when you’re feeling overwhelmed Vogels
● The vogel is a tool that was designed by Marcel Vogel
○ He was having visions to create a tool that mimicked the structure of the Kaballah Tree of Life (larger on one end than the other)
● Used for energetic extraction ○ Pain is energy that isn’t moving ■ This isn’t just physical but can result in emotional and mental discomfort too ● Two differently sized terminations ○ The larger end is feminine and is used to gather energy ○ The smaller end is masculine and is used to release energy ■ Always release outside of your energy field ● You can always release to the elements ○ Water ○ Candle flame ○ Sand○ Smoke ○ Wood ● Can also be used for opening and closing circles ○ Feminine side out for opening and masculine sign out for closing
● More sides means a faster spin ○ 6 sides = balancing, as above so below, upper chakras & lower chakras, upper worlds & lower worlds ○ 8 sides = infinite potential, creates a wider vortex of energy ○ 12 sides = completion of cycles, releasing grief (sadness & loss), calling in a new cycle, cycle renewal, clearing the past, great for calling in: new relationships, opportunities, and jobs ○ Any vogel with more sides is recommended for more experienced practitioners ● Removing energy from your field is a constant process ○ Other recommendations for clearing aside from vogels ■ White Sage ■ Palo Santo ■ Copal ■ Obsidian ■ Shungite ■ Salt Baths Pyramids ● The angle of the pyramids in Giza are the same angle as a properly carved vogel ● Pyramids hold the magic of the numbers 3 and 4 ○ 3 represents the union of the Holy Trinity ○ 4 represents the four directions ○ Create a vortex of energy that can heal, purify, and magnify
